George graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland, with a degree in languages, spent some time working and traveling in Europe. When he experienced God’s call into ministry, he came back this side of the border for seminary at Drew University where he earned his MDiv. He earned his pastoral counseling diploma in New York City and worked there for 4 years as a counselor. Since moving to Jacksonville, George has served as counselor, pastor, or associate pastor at several churches in Jacksonville. He is married and has two children.

Scott grew up in Columbus, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia where he was on the golf team. He then went on to Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky where he earned a Masters in Divinity in 2001. He married his wife, Rebecca, in 2000 and also began as the Director of the Wesley Foundation at the University of Central Florida that same year. He and his wife left Wesley in 2003 to go to South Africa as missionaries and then began work in 2005 at Aloma UMC in Orlando as the Pastor of Discipleship. He and Rebecca have two sons, Andrew and William.

Pastor Len is an ordained minister and holds a Masters in Theology from Andersonville College and Seminary. He was born in Florida and has been in the Jacksonville area since the late 50’s. He has served as a pastor since 1988 and has been with CrossRoad Church since its inception in 1996. Pastor Len is an evangelist and focuses on winning souls and training soul winners in the Jacksonville area and around the world. He is married to Marcia and they have three adult daughters and one son-in-law.

Having served in youth ministry both as a volunteer and as a staff member for the past eleven years, CJ is dedicated to loving students like God loves them and strengthening them through God's word and prayer. CJ is a graduate of Florida Christian College.

Cathy has B.M.E. and M.A.T. degrees from Jacksonville University. Before joining CrossRoad Church in a fulltime staff position, she was the Chair of Vocal Music at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, directed a vocal jazz group and taught choral literature at Jacksonville University.
