Greeters are responsible for greeting Sunday morning attendees before and after each service. Greeters assist people in locating the Worship Center, Resource Center, Visitors Center and Children’s Check-in area. Greeters help everyone coming through our doors on Sunday mornings to feel welcome here.
Working behind the scenes, the hospitality team arrives early on Sunday mornings to prepare coffee. The hospitality team provides the opportunity for people to socialize and meet new friends over a cup of coffee in the lobby.
The very first and last impression people get from CrossRoad Church is from the parking team. The parking team is responsible for ensuring that everyone entering and exiting the church parking area does so in a safe manner.
The Resource Center team is the hub of information at CrossRoad Church on Sunday mornings. The Resource Center team helps people with information about the church and its events. At the Resource Center, people can purchase CRC worship CD’s, devotionals, t-shirts, etc. The resource center also serves as the check-in area for all Sunday Servant volunteers.
Section leaders are located in each section of rows inside the Worship Center. They greet attendees once they have entered the Worship Center ensuring that all seated in their section feel welcomed. Section leaders are also responsible for taking the offering every week and serving communion.
At the Visitors Center, trained volunteers are dedicated to answering questions from visitors and making sure they feel welcome at CrossRoad. Volunteers are able to answer questions about the mission of CRC, the ministries we have here, and how people can get connected. The Visitors Center volunteers meet new people before and after each church service and also assist in helping visitors find their way around the building.
