John and Daisy Whited are missionaries to Coast Rica serving in a strategic role in Christ’s plan to reach the Bribri and Cabecar Indians.  They live in Bribri, Coasta Rica, which is in the southeastern tip of the country.  In a 20 mile radius around Bribri, there are many small communities living in tremendous poverty.  The majority have access to electricity, though few can afford it, and very few have potable water. 

Inhabitants of the area are native Costa Ricans, Bribri Indians, and Cabecar Indians.  John’s background is in engineering and his skills are regularly put to the test in his ministry to the native Indians of the region.  John and Daisy’s work consists of everything from clean water projects, bridge building, medical and veterinary care, to discipleship and vacation bible school.

Whatever opportunities God provides, John and Daisy are ready to serve faithfully in order to reach the indigenous people of Costa Rica.

Len Ministries International

Len Ministries is a not-for-profit ministry that ministers to people of all ages around the world. Their ministry starts in Jacksonville, FL, but reaches to every continent. Len Showalter is the President and has been a missionary of CrossRoad Church since 1996.

Len Ministries brings true hope to the hungry, the homeless, the dying, the needy, the destitute, the downtrodden, the orphans, as well as the businessman and woman, the housewife, the father, the mother, and the child. The Love of Christ changes lives and with the assistance of local congregations many lives are changed each year in the Jacksonville area and around the world.

On an ongoing basis Len equips local congregations of different denominational backgrounds to be an effective witness in their own community. Additional opportunity is given for the trained person to join with Len Ministries for a short-term mission trip to another nation. Cross-cultural pre-trip training is provided to insure a life changing and wonderful event for the traveler. Opportunities are also available for those that desire to be prayer partners for those that can go.
